1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products may be returned within three days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
- The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within seven business days.
5. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please indicate this when contacting our customer service team for an RMA number.
- Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
6. Non-Returnable Items
